We were invited to film at a music event in Blackburn called JimFest.
Now in it’s fourth year, JimFest is a local music festival which is getting bigger and better every year. This year’s event was in aid of Cystic Fibrosis and was supported by some great local bands. The line up was Adapt or Die, The Vagrants, Kelly’s Heroes, Leo Harris and the Bray Katz, Dead Man’s Hand and The Bright Sparks.
We filmed and interviewed the bands and made a commemorative DVD of the event that showcases each band that played The DVD also includes a short video all about the event by the people who were there.
The DVDs are being distributed by Rob Watson and the organisers.
In the video highlights we interview Jim, the founder of JimFest and also a man very central to the operation, Rob Watson, who also plays in the band; ‘Adapt or Die’.
The full band line up was amazing, made up of 6 local bands.
Here are all the videos:
Adapt or Die
Leo Harris & The Bray Katz
Dead Man’s Hand
The Bright Sparks
We also met a magician called Kevin Cunliffe who decided to shock us with a crazy trick!
The event was kindly sponsored by The Cardboard Box Company, The Senator Group and Bank on Dave who provided everything that was needed for the event.
